    sorry I have a couple more hours of work left then I can look at doing a post ...

    Question - can I "Light" an arrow then fire it in one turn? or will that take 2 turns to do...

    also can I see the trees on the edge of the clearing?

    Im thinking of shooting a tree with an arrow that has Light cast on it... in order to put some light in the direction of the "movement"

    Or can I be even more tricksey and use Hilde to light my arrow and then I fire it :P

    "Light"ing an arrow costs an action. Shooting it costs an action, so 2 rounds.

    Without darkvision, you can only see in the bright and dim areas.

    In the future I may find out what the moon cycles are and allow dim light beyond that, but I've already started combat and they're not going to pop out right now... maybe it's really cloudy overhead

    Lets have Hilde "Possess" her Osprey for the round... and see what it sees I guess?

    Im just not sure what to roll. Since I have not used a familiar before.

    Althir has already acted... BTW, I need to know direction of your familiars. they can't perform an entire circle in one round.

    The second familiar flies at 40' beyond the campfire at S37 flying in a circle counter clockwise

    I assume because the trolls are right on that outer boundary of light that it will be disadvantage for my bow shots?

    Hilde,
    While I really appreciate the bless spell, it has a range of 30' on it. So, Axar, Tru, and Zavros would be outside it's radius. Also, I'm not sure if it stacks with Zavros's potion effect.

    So you can get some of the people listed, but not all.

    Althir, also, if you want to look through one of their eyes, you have to use an action. Giving them a simple command, say two things" fly round and if you see Axar let me know," is fine. Something like, "fly is a zigzag pattern, avoiding attack, noting... etc... " is not

    Cormacks lighted stone, landing at T3, shows Axar in dim light at Z5.

    everyone can see anything in bright to dim light, the darkness inbetween is still dark, but does not block light.
