Interest Check: Dresden Files RPG campaign?
The Dresden Files RPG is slated to come out at Origins, which is this summer.
Personally, I'm too impatient. I want to put the groundwork into at least lining up a GM and players for the game now.
So this is me seeing if there's any interest out there for such a game. Personally, I'd prefer to PLAY rather than Run, but a situation for round-robin style GMing or something would be doable.
The venue doesn't matter to me. Google Wave, Maptools, whatever.
Anyone out there game for it?

You can always try out a game like d20 Modern Urban Arcana in the meantime. It wouldnt take too much to fit in a White Council and all the other bits and pieces to the world of Jim Butcher. I run Shadowrun with a keen eye to Urban Fantasy as well. If you notice the Occult Investigator prerolled character from the 4th edition it have a very Dresdenesque vibe to it.

I'm fine with waiting. I'm just seeing if there are any out there who want to play the system when it comes out.
I'd be really interested in this. I'm all about some Dresden Files. I would be willing to GM some too.
Cool. What city are you considering? (There's City Creation rules so you can make the city of your preference very Dresden-y).
good question. I definitely have some story ideas, but i don't necessarily have a specific city in mind at this point.
