Forum revisions

We are making a few revisions here in the Recruiting Office. Mostly concerning campaign forum requests.


The first and foremost matter is subforum number and availability. We are limiting the maximum amount of subforums for a campaign to 3 currently. More may be granted on special occasions for specializised games. In any case, please consider twice when you request a subforum. Many of the most usual requested forums can be condensed into one or two threads. And use the main forum as well, there's more than enough room there.


Secondly, all recruiting threads which have passed page 3 in the Office will be moved into the recruiting archives. Games which do not explicitly state that they are still recruiting in the campaign forum request will have their threads moved into the archives too. Games which have been recruiting but now aren't may be moved to the archives either by the DMs request, or by the consideration of a moderator.


Thirdly, all threads which are made by players and say that they are looking for games will either be moved into the archives or merged with the "Players seeking GMs" thread. Player-made threads which deal with a specific game and/or have generally been put effort into will be allowed to stay.

Please, new players, do not make a looking for game post. The new thread option is for DMs looking to recruit. Please use the 'Players looking for a DM' thread if you are a player looking for a game. Soon player started, non-recruiting posts will be deleted.
