Malbocco grunts as the statue's legs strike him, but when Shushar's touch undoes most of it, he grins. Dropping his pick and taking Lucy from the kuo-toa's hands, he goes to work on the statue.

Malbocco breathes a sigh of relief, then sifts through the rubble looking for the gemstones.

"That washh exchhiting, if nothing elshhe," Shuushar comments are Malbocco sifts.

"This place really goes on forever," Nyx comments. "And there's so many strange things about it too... what kind of magic is wrought in this place?" She thinks for a moment, before shaking her head. "I don't know why I'm asking that question when I know I'm not going to get a straight answer."

"Shhtraight? No. That shheemshh unlikely," Shuushar slurringly agrees.

You don't see any further threats, or even other exits from this chamber.

"Shho what'shh left then?" the kuo-toa asks, realizing that this chamber now appears to be a dead end.
