    Default Crusade for Miriba

Hey everyone! This is my third attempt at getting this campaign done. It is a homebrew campaign that I have done under 3.5 rules. I am open to using 5e rules if folks would prefer. This is a "save the world" type quest where I will be advancing peoples levels very quickly. So expect characters to get strong quickly, as well as receiving some epic weapons. One run through I gave someone a bow that was able to one shot an entire tavern full of bad guys. Was pretty insane. But I digress.

    RULES:
    System: Pathfinder!
    Game Type: PbP
Posting Requirement: Once per day during week (weekends no requirement). Not posting for two days will lead to a warning from me, and any further non posts will lead to dismissal.
    # of Players: 4
Stats: overall stats are 4d6 best 3 and re roll 1's. You may re roll once and choose the better of the two, or re roll a third time and you must accept the full set. When re rolling you re roll all stats, not just one.
    Starting Gold: max
Starting Health: max for lvl 1
    Starting Level: 1
Classes/races: I am open to anything. However, there are stipulations. All characters must be good - neutral. No evil characters or classes.
Character Backgrounds: You are all members of the elite royal guard. You are specifically the bodyguards of the King and Queen of Miriba. Hence why you are aiding the Queens escape from Kalidor. So you already will know each other and presumably have served with each other for some time. So no need for introductions amongst the party.

    Homebrew Rules:
spell casters: no need to "ready spells" if you know it you can cast it. However, you are still limited by number of spells and number of type of spells you can cast. You just need to know the spell in order to cast it. So no worries on "readying" spells.
Attack descriptions: I will give +1 to your attack rolls if you give me a descriptive attack. Don't simply put an attack roll. if you describe your characters actions I will grant a +1 to your attack (at my discretion).

When creating your characters, please provide a background of your character (Their role in the royal guard, how they got to where they are. general background info on your character)

I am interested in playing in this campaign.

I am familiar with and would be content with 3.5 (as I started playing D&D around the time it came out), however would you consider running with the pathfinder system? I have a couple characters that I think would work well with the story. Obviously I'll have to modify them for rolled stats instead of point buy.

I would imagine you would get alot of interest if you made this a 5e campaign, or even a Pathfinder campaign. I'll be keeping my eye on this thread for now.

I'll join up again if it's a 3.5 campaign. Prolly not with a 5e campaign though. PF would be great as well.

    EDIT: Question about this though:

Won't this make Clerics and Druids (who are already pretty strong) insanely powerful? This basically gives them access to every single cleric/druid spell there is, whenever they want it. Seems just a tad bit overkill to me. And I'm saying that as a dude who mostly plays clerics.

I am definitely interested and am fairly well versed in 3.5 PF or 5e.

I'll use these. I'll wait and see what edition and what other people are playing before I decide
