    The spade section, just like the other sections, is five feet across. It shouldn't be too difficult to jump over.

    (It's actually an Acrobatics check, but you have the same modifier either way so it wouldn't have made a difference.)

    You jump about three feet forward, landing in the middle of the Spades stripe of the bridge. The cards give way under your feet and you find yourself falling through...

    (You can make a Reflex save to try and grab onto the non-Spadey part of the bridge and avoid falling.)

    You reach out for the edge of the bridge, and manage to get a death grip on a clump of diamond cards that has not fallen. You yank yourself up and manage to cross the rest of the bridge safely. After an easy mile-long walk, you arrive at the white castle. It has a large set of white doors in the front. White flags hang from turrets, waving in the breeze. And, in lieu of a wall or spiky fence, the castle is completely surrounded by a six foot high circle of thorny white rose bushes.

    You spot a small hole under the bushes. It's probably big enough for Ches to get under, but not you.
