    Yeah, great work!

I accidentally posted my actions in Player Actions and not here, so to recap:

"Unless Rampart can end a move action underneath the hovering Fire Warrior (which I don't think he can), then Rampart can't make an attack this round. So he'll double move! 1xSE (costs 2), 1xS (costs 3). Then he'll move 1xS again (costs 3) to be adjacent to the Gargoyle."

A few updates in the Player actions thread. Umiushi would like to confirm Rampart's move in the light of the posted comments, and thanks Malk0lm for his interest in assisting the move or charge.

Can Mar'ro jump from his position and land one square north of Noxias and then swap with him? That would put him a little out of harm's way and Mar'ro in a better frontline position.

  7. Default

I asked Umi about it and the answer is yes, but it will require the active cooperation of both characters, and timing is important if the intention is to complete this in one round.

It is important to note that Noxias moves before Mar'ro, so some of these solutions may be easy to accomplish. The important piece of information Umi needs to know is whether by "swap" Noxias's final position is supposed to be one or three squares north of his current position.

Also, this is not taking into account whether it is possible for Noxias to avoid opportunity attacks (Umiushi doesn't think he can), and there is a risk that Joizy may prevent Noxias's movement with her Defender's Aura because that is a very common ability for fighters with "dangerous auras" to have on hand.

If things go wrong from that angle, it will probably be known when Noxias makes his move on his turn, and so it will be up to Mar'ro to have a contingency in case Noxias is unable or unwilling to extract himself from his position.

Could I use Rodent's Agility to put me behind Joizy?

Zybrosk's staff has a teleportation enhancement, I could use that when Mar'ro jumps. I think it allows movement up to 3 squares.
