Targeting the same grey ooze that Dargyr bashes, Voraxus fires another arrow.

The ooze is barely holding together. One more hit will likely do it in.
Nyx and Malbocco are up still.

Nyx lines up one more shot and tries to take down the last ooze.

And that does the trick. All known enemies are eliminated. The water continues to ripple and slowly rise.

Dargyr goes back to the fountain room and looks at the fountain. After that, he examines the wall with a crack in it, smelling for fresh air.

Now that they are free to take a closer look at the fountain room, Voraxus enters behind Dargyr. Being cautious, Voraxus keeps his bow in hand. He heads to the fountain first, looking for anything of use or clues to what the room was for. After searching the fountain thoroughly, he takes a closer look at each alcove in turn. He saves the wall with a leak for last. Standing beside the leak he lightly places his hand on the wall next to it, trying to feel for pressure or vibration. Speaking over his shoulder to Dargyr, he asks "find anything?"

The fountain is made of stone, with an edge raised high enough that it is still a few inches above the water. Its basin contains shallow, brackish water, but you think you catch a glimpse of something in the water - not moving, so probably an object rather than an enemy. At the center of the fountain's pool, the rubble of a broken statue rests atop a pedestal. All that remains recognizable are a pair of clawed feet clutching the pedestal's top.

Dargyr does not smell fresh air, nor does Voraxus feel like the water source is immediately on the other side of the wall, though given the rate the place is flooding (mostly from the far eastern room that Glabbagool is currently guarding), there's probably a water source nearby.

It's made of the same stone as the rest of the fountain, but the only things still remaining to help identify what the statue might have been of are the clawed feet.
