All members of The Tangled Web are expected to follow these rules.

1. Be respectful of others. Think about your post before you hit the "submit" button. If you think that someone could take offense at what you've written, then you're probably right.
2. Tangled Web maintains a PG-13 rating. We have a very diverse userbase, so please remember Rule 1 when making your posts. Keep any unsuitable content in a private area, where only members consenting to such content can access it.
3. Refrain from double posting unless it's absolutely necessary in an RP forum and then, only with moderation. Try to refrain from one or two word posts, unless the thread specifies it (as in some of the Silly Forum Games). Add some weight to your posts by offering explanations for them.
4. No illegal activity is permitted on The Tangled Web. Any illegal activity will result in immediate banning.
5. Respect your administrators and moderators. While we encourage debate and discussion, we will enforce these rules.
6. Breaking the rules comes with the following penalties. Strike 1 - Warning. Strike 2 - Temporary Ban. Strike 3 - You're out; Permanent Ban.
7. Address all complaints or concerns to the forum team members. Use the "Report Post" feature, post in the proper thread or send them via Private Message. Don't flame the forums with these issues.
8. Campaign threads are for the players and the DM. If you wish to join a campaign, look for a thread in the Recruiting Office or send the DM of the game a private message. Don't post in a campaign forum unless invited to do so.
9. If you're offering criticism to someone else's post, make it constructive; offer a solution to a perceived problem. This falls under Rule 1.
10. Spamming the forum, through posting or Private Message, is not allowed. This includes chain letters or advertisements. Your account will be immediately banned for this.



The current TTW Staff consists of:

Lumina - General Administration

Darren is Lead Administrator of this Site.

Ao is an Admin along with being Content Manager. He is primarily responsible for managing the material that this site makes available, including Articles, Tokens, Maps, and other features. Alexander Tau is also part of this effort along with running featured games.

As Super Moderators, Lowthor, Actana and Squeek are responsible for keeping the forums tidy by deleting spam, removing forums for dead or ended campaigns, general enforcement of the rules and regulations of The Tangled Web.


The DM in a specific campaign is responsible for ensuring that the rules are followed within his/her game forum.
